  i think that more and more agencies are recognising that people that do not tick the right boxes are sometimes better prospective parents than the squeaky clean ones.
  
  i was sitting in my local surgery waiting room this afternoon and there was a young mum with 2 boys aged about 2 and 3 that wanted attention.
  
  she seemed to be bored with them and pulled faces to suggest that they go away, she was clearly the natural mother.
  
  i had to spend nearly 15 minutes on my knees playing silly games with them as they realised they could get a response.
  
  she spent that time texting.
