Funny cat story for you. We have two cats (yes, on top of three dogs), and one of them (called Gloria) is a friendly little black cat that likes having a fuss made of her. But she has a wild dark side too - she is one of those cats that loves to kill thing; small rodents, slow worms, birds, frogs and toads, whatever she can dig her claws into and rip to pieces.
One day we were having a new washing machine delivered. The delivery men dutifully lifted the new machine into the house, but in order to get it through the living room into the kitchen I had to move the sofa. So I moved it. The delivery men both had a sudden look of terror on their faces, and I went cold. There, hidden under the sofa, was a whole morbid collection of murdered and hidden corpses. Mice, frogs, worms, and goodness knows what else. All I could say was, "Bloody cat!"
Anyway I now call the cute little kitty Fred West for her bad habit of slaughtering little innocent lives and hiding the remains in a domestic dwelling. I know, it's bad taste, but hey.
