No I'm not changing sides, but on the way to the tip at Whitfield this morning, I was driving along Townwall Street and in my rear-view mirror I could see an Ason Martin slowly coming up behind me on the inside.
The traffic lights ahead were green and I was shouting at them to turn red so I could see it close-up - lo and behold, they did just that.
What a beautiful car, wonderful lines and curves and perfect proportions; silver grey Aston Martin DB9 it was, just the most perfect shape; it purred along Townwall Street into the Eastern Docks and presumably onto a ferry and over to France.
Lovely car, it really was, no envy, just admiration and respect - for the car.

With you there Roger, there is no substitute for a gorgeous Aston Martin. Pauses to drool................
