I have a number of different charity sacks, some duplicate, all come through the door in recent week`s. I`ll be placing them as one lot for sale on Ebay. All proceeds will be given to charity.
Tell them that I came, and no one answered.
More a case of "Charity Sucks" then Colin.

A lot of the plastic sacks that are left to fill with clothes for 'charities' are a scam. I put any clothes which are still 'wearable' in the Salvation Army skip or charity shop, or use good material for other things. The plastic sacks - turn inside out so the writing is inside and use for something else, like Brian says, maybe for all your waste paper.

quite right kath, though hardly a scam.
the leaflets do clearly state that donations will be sold on somewhere.
people do not bother to read them.

I turn the sacks inside out, fill them with unwanted clothes etc and drop them off at my local charity shop. I can see where my clothes go, I spotted one of my outfits in the window the other day.
