    Jolley's Pet-Store is close by and Morrisons couldn't be any closer (for poo-bags).

    I'm surprised Morrisons didn't have a hand in the maintenance as it was right outside their cafe/restauarant, so people looking out over it all day long.

    To a company like Morrisons, or even sharing the cost with the Town Council, 2 hour's work a week to keep it clean was peanuts, not sure why nothing was set up.
