I'm sorry to hear she's ill, Marek. Chicken pox is a horrible scratchy thing - I can remember to this day when I got it! I did read that baths with oats in can help with the itchiness, but I can't help feeling that could end up rather messy.

When my eldest got it, it affected her internal organs too, and she became temporarily deaf. (Please don't think I'm being a scaremonger!! It was VERY short-term, and my other two daughters were fine afterwards - no problems at all.) I'm just saying this because we found that one of the teachers at my eldest's school became rather impatient when she went back - none of us had realised, and the teacher hadn't known that my daughter couldn't hear what she was saying. So it's just an extra thing to be aware of, just in case.

Best wishes to poor Natascha, and I hope she bounces back soon.
