Howard yes I think it starts at noon ..the whole thing. I had a list somewhere showing a whole series of happenings but off the top of my head the actual switch on of the lights is at 6pm.
If I can find that list will put it up, but in this case was just showing the Screens part in it all and in the festive season generally, as per the DDC press release above.
Should be an enjoyable day in market sq thpough on the 28th.
