I got soaked twice! Once for the Atmosphere, twice by the rain!
Loved every minute of it, bumped into a certain red-suited councillor, Well Done, Young Man! Met a couple of Forumites including Ian & Fran with grandaughter enjoying the whole spectacle, beaming smiles and wide eyes everywhere with squeals of delight all around. The Naval Cadet Band were great, a nice touch wearing santa hats for the occasion and I even had a chat with a certain reindeer going by the name of Comet.
A few drops of rain didn't stop the multitude having some fun, it was nice to see everyone having such a great time.
Afterwards we went down to the seafront passing the Yacht Club, Cullins Yard and the Churchill Hotel along the way and they were all doing some great business.
