    PaulW, if town-shopping were promoted at DTIZ, apart from the enormous bill of knocking down towers of standing concrete and building new shops, wouldn't this be taking away customers from Morrison, Iceland and Coop, and several others?
    I base my calculation on the equation that people won't do the same shopping twice.
