  Yes one heck of a cloudburst last night. The cracks of thunder were so loud overhead that Im sure my sofa jumped with the vibration. I was engaged in intellectual pursuit at the time watching Rambo!! but I managed to drag the weary bones off the sofa and unplug the computer and all peripheral bits as I believe thats what your are supposed to do. I wonder if anyone got any photos. The display of lightning over the channel was fearsome. It was a bit misty though. Ive tried quite a few times to get lightning pictures but never manage it. Remeber we had a great one from Scotchie a few years back which showed lightning off Deal.
