  they are only a third of the way through the season.
  one defeat will not mean much in the great scale of things.
  
  i think that people are expecting too much of our local team, they are now victims of their own success.
  
  with the amount of games played at non league level there is little time for the manager and players to get together and discuss what is going wrong and what can be done to put it right.
  
  let us not forget they also have proper jobs too.
