  I think Sid has got it, yep SUE it beame clear it was to be used by the administration to abolish a gd c/ttee that worked well together all parties/agencies
  
  As has been said now decisions are mae behind closed and even SUE who is part of the administration doesnt know wots going on, so we wont be.
  
  Sad but true.
  I saw the way things were going and that was part of my decision to get out of the council and boy was i glad i did, more so now looking at the way everything has gone, i chose thre right time.
  
  Iv never agreed with the cabinet system, but sadly its wot we have.
  
  Never mind SUE I know they won't silence you, i look forward to seeing you in action over the years
