Er, John, I wouldn't go down that route of blaming the Conservatives for lack of investment or running down play areas; when Labour were in power for 10 years prior to the Conservatives taking over in 2003, there had been a consistent lack of investment in play area equipment throughout the District and that is why Clarendon play area had its equipment taken away, nothing to do with nasty Tories.

I have been trying very hard to get another play area equipped in the Priory area, butb still don't seem to make any progress.
