I was asked If I knew the tel. number of a Town cllr so thought I would look it up on the web site.
Strange, gives name, but no contact details!!!!!!
You have to go through the Town council and leave a message.
That's if your lucky enough to have a computer, or can be bothered.
Find that all rather strange, we have a few town cllrs post on here, maybe they can share why the above is the case?

Keef they dont appear to give out individual numbers but there is a contact page which has a fixed email on it and phone/fax numbers of the staff at Maison Dieu House. I did try that email several years ago and it was very slow and in fact I dont think I got an answer, but it was years ago so maybe its better now.
If anyone goes onto our LINKS page they can click on DTC from there. There is a blue banner there on their website...on right hand side it says CONTACT...its all there.

Yes, but all councils usually have contact details of the individual cllrs
the present way is very long winded.
most people wouldn't bother

I have just been contacted by a Temple Ewell Resident as you know Im standing in for my lovely friend Roger .My contact number is published on the DDC web site ,even as Vice Chairman but I note the Chairman s number is given as the DDC number
Im sure forum members Roger would like to hear from you .A saucy card will cheer him up ..
Sue, it's the Town Council we are talking about. I agree DDC has for a long time now published contacts for Councillors.
Does anyone have the landline number for Sue Jones? had a message she wants to talk to me but lost her number , if anyone does please email me . Thankyou xx
