Last night Janet and I went to the Marlow to see The Rat Pack.
I have previously seen the West End version so it was interesting to see how it translated to Canterbury.
What a great show....
It may of course have been 'Witchcraft' or 'That Old Black Magic', but "Mr Bo Jangles" certainly did it "My Way" in "New York New York" while "Maccie" was certainly back and in the interval 'That Ole Wine Drinker Me' enjoyed a glass.....
If you want to see it - tough, sorry it was one night only....
There is no beating this for pure entertainment value.
Martin, Sinatra and Davies were certainly the coolest stars around, there are none around today to match them. This show is the next best thing to actually being in 'The Sands Hotel' in Las Vegas while they were performing back in the 60's and having fun.
