    sue/kieth,just a ps to my last post.can i suggest 3 things that you might consider,1,try living up there for about 3 years,2,talk to viv revalle who lives on the estate just ask her about the problems she has,3,cheak the police reports for that area for the last 12 years.then come back and tell me if its a nice area or not.
