    Should think it could be just about any pub in Dover at the time, Barry. The town must have been jumping with all the military personnel based here. The picture is a full page item in "The Graphic" of June 2nd 1877 and has this accompanying text on the reverse. As can be seen, the "Neutrality" of the title actually refers to Britain not taking sides with either the Russians or the Turks.
