    Yes its good news that Speedferries are to accept foot passengers from 11 July. Thanks for that info Howard. I wonder why they didnt bother with foot passengers before, its obviously a small slice of the market but would have thought they would have accessed every option. If they publicise the day trip possibilities around the town and further afield Im sure it will generate a fair few travellers.

    Yes Boulogne is a pleasant town..make sure you visit the 'old town' at the top of the hill.
