    Oh thank you Sid - that is really sweet, I can honestly say it is lovely to hear those comments, because its those that help me through the times that are really difficult

    Kath - This illness has been a real learning curve for me, as I have always been very spontaneous whereas having a child with ADHD is totally the opposite, everything has to be planned and discussed - ie bed times, holidays, trips, even doing chores around the house, and I still struggle.

    I think your friend would be really pleased that you have an understanding, it is difficult, but all relationships have to be worked at if they are worth anything to you.
