  Cllrs Sue Nicholas and Nigel Collor welcome the High Sheriff of Kent, Hugo Fenwick, to Dover as part of a 3-day cycle tour.   Good to see that Sue and Nigel are walking out together again, I saw Nigel in town last week with our chief executive.
  
  I think I heard Nadeem utter the words "so this is the town centre, I always wondered".
