    Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't someone at DDC remove some litter bins from Dover streets awhile back?

    I don't agree with harder enforcement, and I don't care if Dover isn't 5*, in fact I wish they'd turn off and remove some the far too many cctv's in our town.

    But, I just get a feeling the educational establishment is letting our country down a bit on the social responsibilty teaching side of things. They aren't getting the message through it seems to me, maybe they aren't giving the message.

    Perhaps they need a Forum?
