    Sue I have to ask the obvious question at this point...if your loyalty is always to River why are you are Cabinet member for the Dover District ?

    Wouldnt it be more effective to remain the member for River only rather than have the wider remit, as by accepting that wider remit/role you guarantee to represent all of us here in Dover, throughout the entire area.
