I do not think that those are the only options for finance at all! However since the detail and full truth is not available then public discussions and speculation are of little use.
There is so much more to this than will ever be published.
We have been told, since the last DHB boss left for example that DHB couldnt put any money in to the town due to its charter. How come then that they bought out Gooch and Jones in deal and it now sits as Perrys at whitfield?
Any payments into the town would at least be classed as Charity or advertising...
No, I am sorry but what will be isn't in our or even our MPs hands - the decisions are way over our heads and have certainly been made a long while ago for reasons that can be explained finally by the need for the government to get money back. We can speculate on the outcome and I have been given various scenarios - not many are to the benefit of the Town and some won't even see T2 built. But its all speculation since the only information we have come from the very interested party.
