    King Vic has returned to work this morning as I understand it Nigel, his back has mended, according to one of his posts somewhere on here, so he wont be making any immediate appointments. Dont expect therefore any immediate elevations into the higher echelons of the new kingdom, at least perhaps not for an hour or two.
