    Alex - She is the Queen of the United Kingdom of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and with that, of many Commonwealth countries. If any constituent part of the UK decides to go for independence from the Westminster government then they can choose whether or not to have HMQ as Head of State. Their decision will have no impact on her role as the queen of the remaining countries with a Westminster government or any Commonwealth nation.

    The Barnett formula must be changed. It is an outrageous situation.
