    I used to watch Most Haunted when it first started, it was good. I was involved with the follow up investigation of St Pancras Chambers (the former hotel above St Pancras station in London) and I also did Colin Fry's Sixth Sense. Now I feel that on many of these type of shows there is too much fake screaming (not naming names) and too much arm waving and talking in silly voices. I'm not knocking those who take on the voice of a spirit, but repeated wailing just makes me want to slap them! There are also some programmes which are so obviously set up and faked (which has since been proved) so to be honest I only watch them now if I want a laugh as I view them as a comedy.
