18:0132478funnily enough i have found the few dachshunds i have encountered have been aggressive and snappy.
what about most irritating dog, i say the "springer spaniel", one brain between the lot of them and always appear to be on speed.

Bring back graded dog licences.The licence disc could be displayed on a small dics on the dogs collar.I am so angry at drug fuelled alcohol crazed youngsters owning fierce dogs on a rope and paraded around town as a fashion statement.
