This might be a question for Phil. A barrage has been placed across the Dour at Charlton Green. If it's job is to catch the various bits of detritus that get thrown in by the public then it's doing it's job. However, I thought that the last clear-up of the year organised by WCCP has already taken place, so will this rubbish remain here until next year?
Also I thought that I might put some pictures up to see if these go missing (X marks the spot) as well as some others that I have posted!
