I know exactly where the planks ( railway sleepers )have come from and must admit they are there by accident. nothing to do with any authority. I have to say though that all of the rubbish that is building up would only end up in the harbour any way.
The recent floods which are now worse since the E.A let everything overgrow have caused a lot of damage, flood water used to go as high as the path edge but now goes a lot higher and last weeks flood was the highest I have ever seen causing 3 of my neighbours gardens to subside into the river causing thousands of pounds worth of damage and repairs.
Dover had its chance over the years for the Dour to be looked after properly and constantly, BUT NO ONE LISTENED.
