    This is the short answer I've had from DDC

    Good Afternoon Cllr Walkden

    I have contacted WCCP who have not put the barrage across the dour at Charlton Green. The clearing of the underpass is carried out by the Environment Agency, and D.H.B.

    Sita, the Council's contractors remove the rubbish, know nothing of the stones close to the bus office in Pencester Rd. I have emailed Paul Marshall from the Environment Agency concerning these area's and will contact you as soon as I have the information.

    When I get further info. I'll let you know.
