    Roger (despite his dubious political leanings) is one of Dovers best assets. He puts so much(unpaid) time into promoting Dover to the masses and overseas visitors that he shames the tourist board into submission.Along with Mandie(DCAL) he puts so much effort in to everything he does he deserves some form of recognition.
