Bern, know what you mean I was a lean 28inch waisted 9stone waif back in the 70's, now 34inch and over 13stone......will be back on my bike from monday and circumstances should reduce my intake too.
Am missing performing and the associated setting-up and breaking down of gear, seemed to keep off the pounds lifting 17kg speakers et-al.
Hope I can tone-up a bit over the coming months
