Dover relegated yesterday .
There will be a chairman/manager
Question time with fans soon
It appears now the club has recognised it cannot
Compete with extra football league who get high parachute payments when relegated , and pay wages way outside what Dover can afford.
Asked yesterday on radio Kent both manager and chairman said they can compete financially at National League South level .
It appears costs in National league are 2 to 3 million
National League South 400,000
That's a big difference .
It's also likely quite a few derbies next season
A fairly dismal season (still 11 more games)
Next season is going to be more competitive
And hopefully crowds increase
Manager us confirmed to have signed for next season
This is not fully supported by all fans who have stayed away until he's replaced .
So not all sweet , but at least next season we have a club .
