    I think it has suffered more since WW2 Marek, than during it - official vandalism.

    One of my concerns with this money, is that half of it will be wasted on consultants to determine what it should be spent on (I can tell them for free); then they'll be surveys from outside bodies and finally we'd be left with £100 to buy a bouquet of flowers.

    I know it's a broken record by now, but as DBS Manager, I had created 23 projects to work on for the Town centre; if they were used as a base for this money, the appearance of the Town would be transformed into a Town to be proud of.
