    Either way the CoC is revealed as a shambles. Terry, in his salty language, has it right. Businessmen canot claim to have business acument if they allow themsleves to interview and recruit - which is what they did - without confirmation of funding. To allow soemone to beleive a salary is offered and then claim it never was (even if that funding - particularly if that funding - is out of your control) is at the least inept. Shambles is the polite word. Terry will know the word I am actually thinking.........!!! CoC sums it up nicely.
