  One thing that was very clear was the little officer time spent on these forum's and the workload they had, it was realy impossible for so few staff to organise All the forums, so realy the advert for meetings were publicised by local papers but if your like me and rarely buy the local paper you wouldn't see or know about it.
  
  I'm with Sid(blimey this becoming a habit lol) if your going to do it, do it properly and 100%.
  
  Advertise as widely as possible, doesn't take much time to do, with a little effort.
  
  and target your audience.
  
  
  Maybe then we can see if they are viable or not.
