Head and Parapet are Meat and Drink to politicians, or should be, whether they are Town, Village, Parish, Borough, Corporation or whatever. They court publicity to win votes and to win support for their projects and then decry it if it becomes a little embarassing or uncomfortable. If privacy is protected, a little light fun-poking is surely allowed!! Taking oneself too seriously can be bad for ones health......
