Don't know much about hospitals, apart from endless journeys ferrying Dovorians back and forth to William Harvey and QEQM. However, to my mind they usually have beds. Buckland had beds and the new one will not. Therefore, as Sue says, the new one is not a hospital. I know that hospitals have beds because my mum was a Nursing Sister. She trained and subsequently worked at St. Mary Abbots hospital in London. I clearly remember her saying that they had beds, lots of them.
