  Been wondering why the building has not been developed into flats by now as the Government are always looking to save money. Prime location for shops and high speed link with built in wheelchair access. Today a chap I don't know that well told me that it is being used as an immigration unit whereby someone caught sneaking into the country overnight is brought there the following morning interviewed then let go if they promise to come back when requested.
