Dover man on bomb threat charge

  A passenger has been charged with making a bomb threat that grounded a packed jet at Heathrow Airport on Friday evening, police said.
  
  Robert Fowles, 58, from Dover, Kent, is accused of a bomb hoax and being drunk on an aircraft, the Metropolitan Police said.
  
  Alexander McGinn, 48, and also from Dover, has also been charged with being drunk on an aircraft.
  
  A bit more publicity for Dover?
  
  Maybe they got upset after travelling all the way from toilet closed Dover by train only to find the train loo's were frozen and out of order and the straw the broke the camels back was when they were informed that they couldn't use the Dubai bound plane toilets until they were airborne.Nigel has a lot to answer for!!!!

  How stupid to cause a hoax more so in todays climate.
  
  Afew years ago someone jokingly told me how he was arrested for going into a building society pretending to have a gun
  
  the trauma he probably caused, told him hes a plonker

  Ah.. a very good post there Marek, very funny.This toilet situation has a lot to answer for. lol
  
  Of course as Keef says there, very stupid to do this kind of thing, have just seen it all on Sky News and the ears prick up when you hear the culprits were from Dover. Our long line of good public relation stories continues in the media. They could even have been shot on some american airlines for their trouble.

  One has to remember that officials involved in any form of security work have had their sense of humour removed. Their chuckle button is no longer connected to their giggle pin.
