only found out this morning, so did not have a chance to break the news here.
the museum staff were wonderful as usual, supplying large amounts of paper, stars, paste et al.
it was held in the toy exhibition which is absolutely stunning.
toys and games there span over a hundred years. luckily there were a few 8 year olds that showed me how to play them

children of all ages must go to see the exhibition while it lasts, just show a utility bill at the door and it is free to all DDC residents.

07:468410That sounds a nice exhibition Howard. Yes its a very pleasant museum and indeed Briony and myself used to go there a fair bit before she grew up, and as you say its FREE to get in for all residents but bring proof that you live here. Gas bill etc
