  Swings an d roundabouts Sue, residents in Stembrook wake up every morning to an idyllic view of Pencester Gardens despite living in the town centre. Most events are purely day time and pack up around 4 pm, only 3 maybe 4 times a year is there loud music in the evenings and finishes before bed time anyway not like some parts of town where there is rowdy behaviour outside takeaways after the pubs close.
