    I don't see that this is unreasonable in any way, it's great that Pencester has been used.

    As for people complaining about the noise, it is just a part of living in a town - a friend of mine lives on the Strand in Walmer and last weekend had to put up with the noise and disruption from the Marines' concert. You just deal with it.
