    Vic - what has DDC's Planning Dept. got to do with tourism ?

    Tourism should be working from the bottom up, especially as the top won't be starting for some time.

    The bottom up is the "street-scene" and everything associated with it and that's where business support comes in - or rather, where it should come in.

    It was never supposed to be a closed, member-only club, but for the good of all of Dover, but if businesses joined, so much the better.
    The Town and District Councils financially supported Dover Business Support and conditions of that support was that it must work for all, not just the few.
