Dover Pepper Mayor?
- 2 April 2010 11:5745629While we are on the subject of mayors, can any one tell me why these are on the hills ( two of them ) at the back of connaught park. I've been wondering for about 30yrs now.
The inscription is...Dover Pepper Mayor 1885-6. out in the middle of nowhere and the other one had a rather rude drawing on it so not shown.
