  Very quiet one this year. Shame that not more people turned up. Last year was a good one.

  Really, were you at the same Regatta - the whole seafront was crammed all day and it was as much of a struggle to get from one end to the other as ever !

  As last year the weather was so horrible that they had to call it all off at about 1400, I suspect some tongue in cheek from Dover Pilot.

  The bench seats along Marine Parade, removed for the Regatta, have now been put back.
