    i have read and read the proposal from charlie many times and heeded the opinions of people that have also read it.

    sadly i am lost on it all and can proffer no strong opinion.

    the main thing that irks me is where the money comes from in the first place to buy it for the local community.

    i was discussing this recently with a chap from dovers most respected organ and he seemed to agree.
