    Thanks for that Paul.I was not looking at Parish Councils.WE have several new ones here in River.Funny old system ,Parish Councillors of which there are many ,Town Councillors and District Councillors are addressed as Councillor however County members are not called councillor .At meetings MR/Mrs /Ms .
    Outside of a meeting Im rarely addressed as councillor ,.
