    I had a walk out to Bushy Ruff on Monday via the Mill and the bog into Kearsney Abbey. I don't recall it being as bad that in the past. I don't normally do walking that often so my ankles and knees were killing me when I got back home. Got some half-decent pictures though so it wasn't a complete disaster!
