    Sheli, if that person who lets their dog drop one on the pavement, does so on a regular basis, the dog-warden will be happy to come out and will fine/prosecute them - oh and they do take photographic evidence.

    They do have new posters too so if you feel there should be any posters anywhere, you can let them know.
